<p>We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company based in the United States looking for a reliable, organized, and English & Spanish - speaking Virtual Assistant from Latin America to join our team full-time.</p><p>This is a 100% remote position. You will work from home in your country and support our daily operations.</p><p><strong>Your main responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><ul><li>Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and live chat from customers (friendly & professional English required)</li><li>Schedule and reschedule cleaning appointments using our software (Jobber or similar)</li><li>Follow up with clients after service (reviews, feedback, rescheduling)</li><li>Coordinate with our cleaning teams (send schedules, confirm arrivals)</li><li>Light bookkeeping: enter payments, send invoices, track overdue accounts</li><li>Help with social media posts and replying to comments (Facebook/Instagram)</li><li>Other admin tasks as needed</li></ul></ul><p><strong>Schedule & Hours:</strong></p><ul><ul><li>Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (US Eastern Time)</li><li>Occasional Saturday shifts during busy seasons (paid extra or time off in lieu)</li><li>40–45 hours/week</li></ul></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><ul><li>Fluent English (written and spoken) – you will speak with US customers daily</li><li>Very reliable internet and a quiet place to work</li><li>At least 2 years of experience as a VA, customer service rep, or call center agent</li><li>Experience with Google Calendar, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, CRM software</li><li>Fast learner and extremely organized</li><li>Laptop/computer + headset</li></ul></ul><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><ul><li>$1,000 – $1,400 USD per month (paid every two weeks via Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer)</li><li>Performance bonuses possible ($100–$300 extra during busy months)</li><li>Long-term, stable position with room to grow and earn raises</li><li>All training and tools provided</li></ul></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong> Anywhere in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, etc.) as long as you can work EST hours.</p><p>To apply: Send your resume + a short voice note (30–60 seconds) in English telling us why you’d be perfect for this job.</p><p>We are hiring immediately – serious applicants only.</p>
