Role Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. You will take phone calls and answer chats/emails regarding accounts payable and bills. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes. Qualifications • Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer’s issues • Attention to detail • Must be able to pass a background and drug test • Must be 18 years or older • Must have a High School Diploma or GED • Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175) • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies, including but not limited to: • States: AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT & NY • Metro Areas: MN – Minneapolis, IL – Chicago, NY – New York City, OR - Portland, MD - Montgomery County, WA - Seattle, Washington, DC Requirements • Due to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations. • Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.
