Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions.
• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities.
• Predict content engagement to guide acquisition decisions.
• Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy.
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
• Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both tactical and strategic navigation.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward.

Essential Qualifications
