About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily, and providing them with fast and friendly service. You will be responsible for greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with our food program. You will also be expected to maintain our high standards for store appearance and work with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
• Ability to think quickly and come up with great ideas to solve problems
• Ability to perform at a quick pace while having fun
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements for this role include:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
