Join Our Team of Game-Changers as a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team of customer service representatives who engage with customers from top brands in various industries such as tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more. As a Dutch speaking customer service representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Essential Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and have a good level of English. You should have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave. You should also have strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills, as well as strong written skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates who have experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a remote work setting. You should also have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.

Skills and Competencies:

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you should be proficient in using technology, including computer software and hardware, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
