Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Campaign Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a crucial member of our client services group, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital campaign managers, supporting assigned sales representatives and clients, and delivering exceptional results across all stages of the campaign lifecycle. Your expertise in digital media, campaign planning, and execution will be essential in driving revenue growth, improving functional productivity, and providing top-level support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of digital campaign managers in supporting assigned sales representatives and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing
  • Deliver effective media plans that maximize revenue and drive functional productivity
  • Allocate team responsibilities, contribute to campaign management, and provide guidance and support to team members
  • Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including stock gauging, media plan creation, order entry, negotiation, optimization, reporting, and invoicing
  • Ensure that the Account Manager is fully trained on campaign execution and able to address all related questions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests related to inventory, ad products, or campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to track revenue and provide insights on campaign performance
  • Investigate and resolve ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Ad Platforms support
  • Test potential ad tech vendor integrations and provide feedback on contract negotiations
  • Ideate, implement, review, and optimize operational processes that drive quality and efficiency
  • Analyze utilization and performance of digital inventory to develop strategies and products that maximize revenue yield
  • Mentor, train, and develop talent, including onboarding new hires
  • Create and update internal documentation to outline processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with regional teams and act as a local center of excellence for other offices across EMEA
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's ad tech stack and ecosystem, and stay informed about industry developments

Essential Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of overall experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in ad tech
  • Team management experience
  • Expertise in defining and improving processes
  • Highly skilled in negotiating, planning, and managing ad campaigns for display and video across websites, apps, social platforms, and connected TV environments
  • Proven ability in activating campaigns, creating accurate and relevant insights, and optimizing performance
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, technologies that power it, and key vendors in the space
  • Familiarity with general data security and privacy requirements related to digital advertising
  • Able to represent the organization in external meetings and events
  • Media or entertainment brand experience is beneficial, as is knowledge of the processes and procedures of a global corporation
  • Essential knowledge of ad management systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager), ad server systems (e.g., DV360), and management of Creative Labels and Tracking to support and lead the assigned team
  • Knowledge of Massive activation for digital campaigns and related requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on campaign management and team leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of ad tech platforms, including Google Ad Manager, DV360, and other industry-leading tools
  • Experience working with global teams and managing complex campaigns across multiple regions
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and insights, with the ability to inform campaign optimization and revenue growth strategies
