We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Label Benefits Specialist. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates in the United States. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.
**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients and their loved ones to provide support and guidance. You'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calling to establish consultations and conduct discussions with clients and their families
- Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure exceptional customer service
- Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
- Providing leadership development opportunities to team members
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and interaction capabilities
- Upbeat and beneficial mindset with fantastic energy
- Ability to interact successfully with individuals and teams
- Strong customer connection and relationship-building skills
- Customer Service and/or Consumer Sales experience preferred

- Legally licensed to operate in the US/Canada/UK
