AI and Legal Innovation Application Analyst I – New York/Orange County

We are seeking an AI and Legal Innovation Application Analyst I to join their forward-thinking technology team. What You Will Do • Provide support, troubleshooting, training, and ticket management for AI and Innovation applications • Monitor usage data to identify key trends, user activity, and opportunities for better license allocation • Manage user access, including onboarding new users and deactivating inactive accounts • Track client-matter data and help maintain accurate metadata for applications containing client information • Support information governance processes such as retention policies, data deletion, and legal holds • Participate in vendor discussions to track bugs, feature requests, and follow-up actions • Assist with onboarding new software, including updating trackers, creating internal documentation, and coordinating with technology teams on SSO, packaging, and rollout processes • Maintain confidentiality and protect all sensitive, proprietary, and privileged information handled within the role What You Bring • Proficiency with productivity and workflow tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Asana, and similar platforms • Experience with legal technology is strongly preferred, including tools such as Office & Dragons, Legatics, StructureFlow, and Atticus • Knowledge of legal tech industry trends and familiarity with software onboarding processes • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • At least 2 years of experience in a similar support or application-focused role with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams The Details Location: New York or Orange County Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 Schedule: Hybrid flexibility may be available after onboarding Type: Full-time This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to support a team that is transforming legal workflows with AI, automation, and modern applications.
