E-commerce Paid Media Manager (Google Shopping/PMax + Meta) — ROAS focused
Job Overview
We’re an established e-commerce company spending $15–20k/month across Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max, and Meta. Our #1 KPI is ROAS / profitability, and we’re looking to replace our current contractor with a senior performance operator who can own strategy + execution.
We are a B2B e-commerce company in the construction/building materials space. Our catalog includes technically specific products and compatibility-dependent items, and many customers search using trade terms, brand + part numbers, and spec-driven keywords.
Because of this, we need someone who is willing to dive deep into our product categories, learn how contractors and installers search, and build campaigns that reflect real-world buying behavior (not generic DTC ecommerce tactics).
Responsibilities
- Manage + optimize Google Shopping, Search, and PMax
- Manage Meta prospecting + retargeting
- Improve account structure to support higher ROAS
- Research best B2B advertising tactics
- Write ad copy, source graphics if needed (graphic design a plus)
- Identify wasted spend and implement controls (negatives, segmentation, audience strategy)
- Work with our team on testing direction and reporting (hooks, angles, formats)
- Ensure tracking integrity (Shopify + GA4 + Google Ads + Meta Pixel/CAPI)
Requirements
- Proven ecommerce experience with Shopping/PMax
- Strong Meta performance experience
-Comfortable working with Shopify stores
- Able to explain optimization decisions clearly (no fluff)
- Put roas-first in your proposal
- Excellent written and spoken English required (native-level fluency).
