Shopify Email Designer Needed (24-Hour Turnaround) – Black Friday Post-Purchase Flow

We’re looking for a Shopify email designer with deep expertise in Shopify notifications and post-purchase flows to update and redesign a series of transactional emails within the next 24 hours. This is a time-sensitive Black Friday project, so we need someone who works fast, knows Shopify’s email system inside out, and can jump in immediately. What You’ll Do • Update ALL post-purchase Shopify emails with our Black Friday banner • Refresh + redesign each email to look polished, clean, and brand-aligned • Ensure emails are consistent, mobile-friendly, and formatted properly in Shopify • Review and tidy up spacing, layout, and general visual flow • Implement changes directly inside Shopify • Quick QA to ensure all emails are rendering correctly Requirements • Expert-level Shopify email experience (post-purchase notifications, order confirmation, shipping, delivered, refund, etc.) • Can confidently build & edit templates in Shopify’s native email editor • Fast turnaround – able to complete everything within 24 - 48 hours • Strong eye for design + detail • Ability to work independently and deliver polished results quickly • Experience with eCommerce brands preferred Nice to Have • Experience designing for high-volume sale periods (BFCM, EOFY, etc.) • Ability to optimise layout for conversions and customer experience Deliverables • Fully updated set of Shopify post-purchase emails (approx. 8 emails) • Black Friday banner installed across all • Clean, modern design upgrades across each template • Fully tested and live inside Shopify within 24 hours To Apply Please send: • Examples of Shopify post purchase emails you’ve designed • Confirmation you can start immediately • Your flat rate for completing this small but urgent project • Confirmation you can deliver in 24 hours Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
