Intellectual Property Paralegal / Specialist - Major Global Technology Company
Our client, a major global technology company, is seeking an experienced IP Specialist / Paralegal to join their legal team.
You will play a critical part in managing and maintaining the company’s global intellectual property portfolio, supporting over 1,000 patent and trademark assets. You will oversee the accuracy and completeness of the IP docket using Foundation IP (FIP), process incoming correspondence from the USPTO and international offices, and assist attorneys with portfolio management. This position requires a detail-oriented, self-starting professional who thrives on independence and organization while serving as a central point of contact for IP docketing and portfolio organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing electronic IP dockets—preferably with Foundation IP (FIP)—a strong understanding of U.S. patent and trademark procedures, and proven experience overseeing large, complex IP portfolios.
