Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Digital & Event Support
We are a mountain resort in Almont, CO (Gunnison Valley) with 35+ cabins, a restaurant, and event space hosting weddings, live music, bonfires, trivia, and community events. We are looking for a reliable part-time Virtual Assistant to handle digital and remote tasks only. This is a fully remote role with approximately 10 hours per week, reporting directly to me as the main point of contact while coordinating as needed with the rest of the team.
Responsibilities include: writing event descriptions and promotional content; creating booking links; designing basic graphics (Canva or similar); managing social media posting, scheduling, and editing; building and sending newsletters; supporting music bookings and partner outreach via email/phone; and assisting with targeted guest messaging and remote event coordination prep (planning docs, communication). All in-person tasks are handled by our on-site staff.
Requirements: strong phone and email communication skills, excellent organization, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work independently, and responsiveness to feedback. Event, music, marketing, or community experience is a plus.
