Veeva Vault Admin
Duration & Type: 9 months contract, extendable
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
• Configuration, troubleshooting and modification of lifecycle.
• Configuration, troubleshooting and modification of workflow.
• Creation and modification of Vault Tab and page layout.
• Migration of Vault document, object and configuration.
• Creation of new document type tree.
• Vault object and object record creation.
• Creation of Dynamic Access Control record.
• Creation of customized report as per business requirement.
• Management of high priority requests and application downtime (planned & unplanned).
• Management of several bulk requests using Vault API and Vault loader.
• Analysis, Implementation and documentation of change and service requests.
• Preparation and update of SOP, KA etc.
• Customer communication as and when needed.
Required:
• Experienced in Veeva Vault Administration
• Veeva Vault Administrator certification
• Hands on expertise in configuring Veeva
• Knowledge of Vault API, Vault loader and VQL
• Knowledge of Veeva Vault Promomats, Veeva Vault QualityDocs
• Knowledge of Web Service
• Understanding of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies
• Familiarity with 21CFR Part 11, regulatory compliance and validation standards
• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 3+ years of experience in Veeva
