About the Role

We are seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Experts to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Expert, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
• Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services
• Meet sales objectives as defined by the company

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• High school graduate or GED
• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Comfort with desktop computer systems

• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of call center experience
• 6 months of sales experience
