Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding product information, promotions, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Customer Orders: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide Product Recommendations: Provide product recommendations and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and Escalate Customer Trends: Identify and escalate any customer trends or issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and order processing accuracy.
  • Contribute to Process Improvements: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Team Player: Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
