Title: Data & Analytics Engineering Lead Location: Pittsburgh, PA Position Type: Full Time Compensation Pay Range:$150,000 Per Year Job Description: Join our team in Pittsburgh, PA as a full-time Data & Analytics Engineering Lead, where you'll design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions using advanced data technologies and provide insights through data visualization. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines for integration and transformation processes. Oversee data storage solutions to ensure organization, accessibility, and security. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Mentor junior data engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering. Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
