Governance Design Thinking: Pioneer decision-making frameworks (e.g., community workforce hubs).
Tokenized Wellness Workforce Incentives: Collaborate with team to implement internal rewards system where contributions earn tokens for hitting wellness KPIs (e.g., “100 hours of volunteer work on subsidiary projects = 500 WELCOIN™”).
Education Partnerships: Launch blockchain/wellness certification programs with universities like Stanford and MIT, bridging tech innovation with humanitarian impact.
Create HR strategies and mentorship protocols for subsidiary projects we back.
