Deel is a global payroll and HR platform that's transforming the way companies hire and manage global talent. We're looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Front-End-centric engineering organization and drive the evolution of our HRIS platform.
Requirements
• Lead and scale a Front-End-centric engineering organization of 30-40 engineers across multiple teams
• Act as the technical authority for the HRIS Front-End platform
• Partner deeply with Product and Design to own the end-to-end HRIS experience
• Champion the adoption of modern Front-End tooling and AI-assisted development workflows
• Ensure HRIS user-facing systems remain reliable, performant, and scalable as usage grows globally
