E-commerce project manager with media experience

Job Overview: You will be responsible for managing projects across marketing, design, and digital initiatives, ensuring deliverables are produced on time and aligned with our brand direction. This role combines project management, creative coordination, and design oversight. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors — providing clear direction, reviewing outputs, and ensuring a seamless workflow. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage marketing and design projects from concept to completion. Use your Figma expertise to review design assets, provide feedback, and contribute to layout or visual improvements when needed. Ensure strong creative direction by developing clear briefs and passing accurate instructions to contractors, freelancers, or agencies. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and priorities to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain high levels of organisation, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all outputs align with brand standards and project objectives. Suggest innovative visual and process improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness. Qualifications: Proven experience in project management within marketing, digital, or e-commerce environments. Strong proficiency in Figma; ability to review, tweak, or create design assets. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Experience working with contractors, freelancers, or agencies — with the ability to give clear and actionable direction. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency. Strong communication skills and collaborative approach. Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team.
