Dental Expert
I am seeking a licensed dental professional (DDS or DMD) to provide an independent expert review for a potential Nevada dental malpractice case. The matter involves a long-span permanent bridge, same-day extraction and cementation, occlusal failure with inability to chew, ongoing pain and hypersensitivity, documented bone loss, and incomplete or inconsistent dental records. The expert will review dental records, imaging, treatment plans, and consent forms, assess whether the care met the applicable standard of care, and provide a written opinion addressing breach and causation. Experience in prosthodontics is preferred, though general dentists with strong restorative, occlusal, and implant planning experience are welcome. Prior expert review or litigation support experience is a plus. Assistance with a Nevada-compliant expert affidavit under NRS 41A.071 may be requested. Nevada licensure is not required, and reasonable expert rates will be considered.
