Onboarding Specialist / Account Manager
We’re hiring an Account Manager / Onboarding Specialist for ROASForm.com, a SaaS product for performance marketers. The main role is running short demo calls for users who already booked an onboarding call, and helping them sign up for a free trial.
Responsibilities:
Run quick demo / onboarding calls
Explain the product and guide users to start a free trial
Answer basic questions and handle light objections
Ensure a smooth first experience for new users
Requirements:
Strong English communication
Comfortable on calls (Zoom/Meet)
Sales or closing experience is a strong plus
Experience with SaaS or marketing tools is a bonus
