**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
* Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Working collaboratively with our sales team to achieve daily goals and drive sales growth
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
If you have:
* Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on sales, marketing, or a related field
* A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
