**Experienced Live Chat Specialist – Remote Customer Support Representative**

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our clients' customers, helping them navigate our website, and answering any questions they may have.

**Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
* PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
* Upbeat positive attitude and professional demeanor
* Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
* Ability to compose professional emails is a plus
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
* Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications) With an upbeat, positive, kind empathetic personality

**Available Shifts and Compensation**
Available shifts are all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $25.00 - $35.00/hour.
