**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Growth Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:
* **Sales and Promotions**: Sell and execute promotions to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility in retail accounts.
* **Equipment Placement**: Secure placement of equipment and point-of-sale (POS) materials to ensure optimal product display and customer engagement.
* **Inventory Management**: Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
* **Display and Merchandising**: Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, ensuring that products are aligned and facing outward, and that stores follow a first-in-first-out stocking system.
* **Backroom Maintenance**: Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day to ensure efficient operations.
* **Team Support**: Support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders.
* **Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the success of the team and the company.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
* **Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license is required for this role, as you'll be driving a company vehicle to visit retail accounts.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with retail partners and conveying account activities to stakeholders.
* **Results-Driven**: A results-driven individual with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**
