**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy** for all US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, including determining channels and send cadence.
* **Creating the strategy and framework** for rapid testing in CRM channels, ensuring that our campaigns are optimized for maximum impact.
* **Managing end-to-end development and execution** of email, push, and in-app campaigns, from creative briefs to launch.
* **Pulling lists from Snowflake using SQL** and uploading audiences to marketing platforms, ensuring that our campaigns are targeted and effective.
* **Tracking initiatives, reporting progress** to the team, and identifying next steps from campaign learnings, as well as understanding campaign performance against current benchmarks.
* **Optimizing engagement metrics** through A/B testing and/or applying CRM team insights, and investigating performance inconsistencies to ensure campaigns have optimal scale and effectiveness.
* **Establishing strong working relationships** with cross-functional stakeholders in our Strategy & Operations, Merchant account relationship managers, Analytics, and Product teams.
* **Staying current on marketing best practices** in email and push notifications, CRM operations, and best practices within Cx Retention team, sharing learnings and insights regularly.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's degree** in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* **Minimum 3 years of experience** in CRM, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.
* **Proven track record** of developing and executing successful CRM strategies, with a strong understanding of email, push, and in-app campaigns.
* **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions.
* **Strong communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
* **Experience with Snowflake and SQL**, with the ability to pull lists and upload audiences to marketing platforms.
