Job Summary
In this role, you will work as a Customer Service Representative, managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers who have placed an order through the arenaflex exchange. You will be responsible for taking calls and responding to emails on a broad range of event and order-related questions, working to ensure that we are providing elite service to both our sellers and our customers. This is a full-time position, working nights and weekends, with a hybrid model that includes 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transactions and relationships with sellers and customers, providing elite service and support via phone and email
- Respond to a broad range of event and order-related questions, resolving issues in a fair and constructive manner
- Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determining the root cause and resolving issues promptly
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues and determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance
- Play an active role in continued learning, advancing your skill sets and contributing to individual and team goals
- Manage in-bound seller calls, monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers
Role Progression and Expectations
In the first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry. You will learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you will contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. You will also gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.
By 60 days, you will be investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining where fault lies, and resolving issues fairly and constructively. You will handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities and navigate order queues to determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
By 90 days, you will be playing an active role in continued learning, advancing your skill sets and contributing to individual and team goals. You will manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
