Skills • A valid real estate license • Proficiency in WPMLS/Matrix, ZipForms, DocuSign, and Canva • Familiarity with real estate contracts and forms • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with documents • Competence in basic math and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • A willingness to learn and grow in the role Responsibilities • Prepare pre-listing presentations using tools like Canva • Draft listing and sale paperwork in ZipForms, including cost sheets, verifying property taxes, and coordinating signatures • Work closely with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure all documents comply with deadlines and communication is seamless between parties • Manage and coordinate sign installations and removals • Assist in managing our CRM system, responding to inquiries and maintaining client records • Input information into databases and websites, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates • Prepare reports, maintain production tracking, and keep records of client details and referrals • Proofread documents, schedule appointments, manage files, and handle emails • Reach out to past and current clients when necessary • Oversee the creation and distribution of annual mailings • Assist with social media visibility and listing promotion efforts • Manage and update the team calendar and track important deadlines • Follow through on closing procedures and assist in year-end processes Qualifications • Proven experience in administrative roles within the real estate industry • High attention to detail • Excellent communication skills Education Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid real estate license Education Requirements Credential Category • Professional License Experience Requirements • Experience in real estate or administrative support roles is preferred Why work in Allegheny County, PA Allegheny County offers a blend of urban and suburban living, with rich cultural amenities, beautiful parks, and a strong community spirit.
