[Remote] Technical Board Advisor – AI Datacenter Solutions

Altium Associates is seeking a Technical Board Advisor for a confidential deep-tech European venture focused on AI Datacenter Solutions. The role involves providing strategic guidance and mentorship to help transition the company from concept to commercialization, shaping the technical vision, and leveraging industry networks for partnerships. Responsibilities • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship as the company transitions from concept to commercialization • Help shape the technical vision and product strategy • Support team development • Leverage industry network to establish key partnerships and supply-chain relationships Skills • Experience of specifying next generation AI training or inference system solutions for one of the leading Hyperscalers • Deep understanding of system-level architectures for AI and machine learning applications for Enterprise Datacentres and Hyperscale Cloud Service Providers • Ideally, demonstrate a track record of specifying the hardware, software and overall modelling requirements for large scale production-ready solutions • Deep knowledge of the complete system and software scale-up requirements spanning silicon, board, rack and cluster level specifications • Familiar with the latest performance requirements and metrics for next generation full-stack AI acceleration (Compute Density, Networking, Power Delivery, Cooling & Thermal Management, Storage Pipeline and Software Stack & Orchestration) Company Overview • Altium Associates is an executive search firm that provides HR consulting and recruitment services.
