Responsibilities • Create high-quality, performant products that leverage technologies like React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS. • Own and drive features from inception and design to implementation and launch, serving as the web expert on your team. • Build and improve tools to support the company's operations and platforms, providing leverage across the organization. • Collaborate with design and product experts to rapidly iterate and ship financial products. • Build frameworks and abstractions to materially accelerate and empower other developers. Skills • 2+ years of full-time professional experience with modern Web standards, technologies, and frameworks. • Skilled at writing and efficiently debugging JavaScript in Node and browser environments. • Obsessed with building a best-in-class developer experience. • A track record of successfully leading projects and delivering large-scope technical initiatives at scale. • A commitment to setting a high standard for code quality, advocating for best practices in testing, and improving code review processes.
