**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to members and non-members across various touchpoints, including phone, email, webchat, and social media
* Handling queries and complaints from members and non-members in a professional and timely manner
* Promoting and providing advice on a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of our members
* Processing and escalating customer complaints to ensure a first-time resolution
* Supporting other members of your team to ensure a high-quality service to members
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Advisor, or Customer Service Representative in a busy contact centre environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
