**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with your team to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience.
* **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers.
* **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store Environment**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
* **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
* **Ensuring Compliance with Regulations**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
* **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
* **Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
* **Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities**: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
* **Assisting with Exterior and Interior Maintenance**: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
* **Complying with Company Policies and Procedures**: Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and comply with all company policies and procedures.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Required
* **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management.
* **Basic Math Skills**: Ability to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain inventory.
* **Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment**: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
* **Availability to Work Flexible Hours**: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or food service.
* **Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with computer systems, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
* **Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds**: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies as needed.
