**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process and arrange customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
* Handle and process various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs, including PGA (Participating Government Agencies) filings
* Maintain and update all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
* Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations
* Process organizational financier shipments and manage distant filings as required
* Ensure adherence to all service and operational standards, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in data entry and processing
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, business, international trade)
* High School Certificate or GED required; minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, with experience in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other relevant software
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to handle high volumes of work, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in data entry and processing
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in customs clearance, trade compliance, or logistics
