Job Overview

We are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated call center agents to join our team in Texas. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, conducting telephone screenings, and engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our customers. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility and comfort of working from your own home office. To be successful in this role, you must be willing to use your own computer equipment and internet service, meeting the specifications outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Conduct telephone screenings and engage in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our customers
  • Utilize strong communication and computer navigation skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US
  • Must be willing to consent to a background check
  • Strong communication and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work in a quiet, home office space with minimal distractions
  • Reliable internet connection with 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed
  • Must meet the B.Y.O.D (Bring Your Own Device) program requirements, including:
    • Laptop or Desktop computer with 8GB of RAM
    • Google Chrome installed
    • Operating System - Windows 10/11 Home or Pro with all Windows updates installed
    • Mouse and keyboard
    • USB headset with boom mic
    • Webcam (built-in or external USB)
    • PC connected via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password)
    • 1 Monitor (minimum 19")

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
