**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our plan members. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing support on various healthcare-related topics, including medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order prescriptions. Your primary goal will be to educate and empower our customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare, while also providing a positive and supportive experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from plan members, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order prescriptions
* Offer personalized support and guidance to help plan members navigate their healthcare options
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
