<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Koniag Professional Services, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support KPS and our government customer. This position is remote. </span></p> <p><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Temporary Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting and managing patient and administrative information within electronic systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintaining the integrity of medical records and other documentation that supports clinical and operational workflows.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets and content management systems Review data for accuracy, completeness and consistency, managing corrections as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain organized digital records and ensure data is stored securely and in compliance with HIPAA, KGS and agency guidance.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Key duties involve transcribing data from various sources, verifying its accuracy, correcting errors, managing digital records, and sometimes generating reports, requiring strong attention to detail, fast typing, and organizational skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Enters patient information into the computer system in an accurate and timely manner.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepares various reports as requested by management, Communicates effectively with team and vendors. </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Skills and qualifications needed:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">High School diploma or GED</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain confidentiality regarding medical information</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent organizational skills</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong verbal, written and typing skills</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to work in a high-paced, high-volume data entry environment</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The company is an equal opportunity employer.
