We're Hiring: Short-Term Rental Co-Host Deal Closer (Remote, Commission-Based) - Contract to Hire

Are you a closer who thrives on turning hot leads into signed deals? We’re looking for a sharp, persuasive, and self-driven Deal Closer to join our team and help expand our Short-Term Rental Co-Hosting business. We provide HOT, pre-qualified leads — all you have to do is follow up and close. About Us: We specialize in co-hosting and managing short-term rental properties (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.). As demand grows, we're looking to scale our client base with someone who knows how to seal the deal. What You’ll Do: Call and follow up with hot, certified leads — no cold calls Present our co-hosting/management services with confidence and clarity Build trust quickly and guide owners through the onboarding process Close deals and coordinate handoff to our onboarding team Maintain simple CRM notes and follow-ups ✅ You Are: A proven closer with experience in sales, real estate, or high-ticket services Comfortable on the phone and quick to build rapport A great communicator who can handle objections and move fast Self-motivated and hungry for commissions Familiar with Airbnb/STRs (a plus but not required) Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (NO cap) Tier Monthly Closed Deals Commission per Deal Notes Tier 1 1–5 deals $100 per closed deal Tier 2 6–10 deals $150 per closed deal Tier 3 11–15 deals $200 per closed deal Tier 4 16+ deals $250+ per closed deal Elite performance reward; can negotiate higher for exceptional closers Paid per signed agreement at the time of receiving keys to the unit.
