Responsibilities of Retail Product Advisor: • Consistently demonstrate respect towards all customers and team members to contribute to a positive workplace setting. • Build customer allegiance by educating clients on how they can benefit from participating in our loyalty schemes. • Connect with customers and employ suggestive selling methods to drive revenue and provide exceptional service. • Improve customer experience through the seamless integration of omnichannel features. • Be responsible for personal objectives that align with and enhance the store's overall goals and results. • Provide help where needed, whether it be on the sales floor, in the fitting rooms, at the cash register, or in the back of the store. • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized work center for increased productivity. • Manage all customer interactions and possible return challenges with a courteous and professional approach. • Execute operational activities with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications of Retail Product Advisor: • Proficient in communication skills, capable of engaging with customers and team members to achieve objectives. • Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, whether on the sales floor or through remote assistance, to enhance customer satisfaction. • Devoted to the world of retail and perform well in a rapid-paced environment. • A continuous learner and critical thinker who thrives on finding solutions, appreciates feedback, and responds effectively when action is needed. • Ready to be flexible with scheduling to fulfill the business's requirements, including working during holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends. • Proficient in the use of technology within a retail environment. • Competent in moving around the sales floor, stockroom, and office space, with the strength to lift up to 30 pounds.
