**Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust** Baer is looking for Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits Consultant for a 6 month Federal Remote Project. Title: Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits Consultant Location: Remote (Must be based in US) Duration: 6 months Rate: All-Inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C Description: • Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and/or Benefits modules • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to align compensation and benefits processes • Design and maintain compensation structures, eligibility profiles, and benefits plans • Ensure seamless integration between compensation/benefits and payroll systems • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for system issues • Participate in testing, training, and user support activities • Lead or support Oracle HCM projects related to compensation and benefits Requirements: • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and/or Benefits modules • Strong understanding of compensation frameworks and benefits administration • Knowledge of payroll processes and system integration points • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a team Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
