Senior Automation Engineer (Vapi/Bland + Make + CRM) - Tech Partner for Luxury AI Agency

ABOUT US: We are AICentro, a boutique AI Automation Agency based in Milan, Italy. We serve the Luxury & Medical sectors (High-end Clinics, Hotels, Real Estate). We do not sell basic chatbots. We build complete, high-reliability operational ecosystems. THE ROLE: We are looking for a Lead Technical Partner (Freelancer/Agency) for a long-term collaboration. We will bring you the clients; you will build the infrastructure based on our Standard Template. Our goal is to have a "Go-To Expert" we can trust for 2-4 new projects per month. WHAT YOU WILL BUILD (The 3-Pillar Ecosystem): For every client, we deploy a standard infrastructure consisting of: 1. Voice AI (Front Office) Tech: Vapi.ai or Bland.ai. Function: Handle inbound calls, answer FAQs, triage requests, and book appointments via API. Requirement: Must handle Italian Language with low latency and natural intonation. Note: We provide all the System Prompts and Scripts in Italian. You just handle the configuration. 2. Reactivation System (Growth) Tech: Make.com (Integromat). Function: Workflows that take a CSV/Database list and trigger reactivation sequences via WhatsApp or Email to book appointments. 3. CRM Integration (The Brain) Tech: GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, or Custom Webhooks. Function: Sync call data, recordings, and bookings to the client's CRM in real-time. Create a simple CEO Dashboard for reporting. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience with Vapi.ai or Bland.ai (Please provide examples). Expert level in Make.com. Ability to deliver a bug-free setup in 7-10 days. Attention to Detail: Our clients are Luxury brands; "it mostly works" is not enough. It must be perfect. COMPENSATION: We operate on a Fixed Price per Project basis. We are looking for a standard "Partner Rate" for this recurring setup.
