Scope
Quick audit of account structure and tracking basics
Identify the biggest performance leaks and quick wins
Apply targeted optimizations as a google ppc specialist (keywords, negatives, bids, ads, audiences)
Review google ads ecommerce setup and landing page alignment
Check and optimize google shopping ads (feed health basics, product grouping, search terms, negatives)
Deliverables
A clear audit summary (what’s wrong + what to fix first)
Implemented changes + short action plan for next steps
Simple performance notes after changes (what improved / what to monitor)
