Job Description -
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience training users with SAP, excellent SAP testing (unit, integration, regression) and documentation (test scripts, test scenarios) experience
• SAP configuration experience
SAP expertise in the Order to Cash domain; Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Integration with Finance.
Job Responsibilities
1. SAP Functional Testing
· Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test scripts for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and related OTC processes, including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Integration with Finance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing of integrations with tax engines (e.g., Vertex) and third-party logistics or document management systems.
· Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
· Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after changes or upgrades.
· Validate end-to-end OTC process flows, including delivery, shipment, and invoicing scenarios.
2. Training
· Design and deliver training programs for end-users on SAP OTC processes, including Sales Order Management, Billing, and Credit Management.
· Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support SAP system usage and best practices.
· Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance user proficiency in OTC functionalities.
· Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to SAP OTC modules.
3. Documentation
· Create detailed documentation for SAP OTC configurations, including process flows, system settings, and integration points.
· Maintain up-to-date documentation for SAP S/4HANA implementations and support activities.
· Document business process designs and workflows, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and organizational requirements.
· Develop and maintain documentation for testing procedures, test scripts, and defect resolution processes.
4. Additional Responsibilities
· Ensure seamless integration with other SAP domains (FI, MM, PP) and cross-functional SAP Master Data.
· Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, providing expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
· Continuously improve testing, training, and documentation processes to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
· Provide post-go-live support to users as well as support future waves of implementation.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) / OTC domain and configuration expertise, including but not limited to:
• Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Delivery Processing.
• Strong understanding of integration with Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and third-party tax engines (e.g., Vertex).
• Excellent business process design experience with SAP OTC and related integrations.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional SAP Master Data.
• Experience in testing, building test scripts, and training users is required.
• Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation and support experiences required.
• Experience with EDI and external logistics integrations is a plus.
