Legal Research for Texas Lawsuit
Research for a lawsuit filed against a Texas business by an investor who claims fraud and misrepresentation. Need to write up the research for both the defendant and the defendant's legal team. Ideally, you would also write up the best strategy for deense indicated by the research and the strongest basis for the counterclaim.
Needs to be done right away as the lawsuit was just filed and has not yet been served on the defendant.
You need to be very bright and have similar expereince.
