New Patient Center Liaison, Bilingual
Job Description:
• Accept in-bound calls, chats, and inquiry forms and ensure optimal patient service
• Answer inquiries and schedule medical appointments for people who are considering fertility treatment
• Screen inquiries appropriately to help create satisfied new patients
• Maintain high level of best-in-class customer experience/professionalism with a wide range of customers
• Assist prospective patients in empathetic, efficient manner
• Accurately maintain customer database
• Coordinate with all Shady Grove Fertility offices and supervisors to ensure seamless transition of prospective patients and the highest level of patient satisfaction
• Track and follow up with prospective patients to meet a wide range of patient needs
• Make recommendations for process improvement and suggest opportunities to increase new patient opportunities.
Requirements:
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service with at least 2 years of call center, healthcare front office, or patient scheduling experience
• Ability to build relationships and communicate information in an effective and empathetic manner
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within and across departments
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to navigate through multiple software interfaces with speed and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
