Tennessee Licensed Payroll Tax Accountant
A company is looking for a Temporary Payroll Tax Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
• Audit and reconcile approximately 200 federal, state, and local payroll tax filings for five U.S. entities
• Research variances, resolve tax notices, and file amendments with relevant agencies
• Maintain organized documentation of all audits and research performed
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of U.S. payroll tax experience for a large multi-state employer
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
• Advanced Excel skills, including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
