We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our remote team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client care, developing key selling skills, and maintaining high levels of product and service knowledge. As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional client care by answering inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
- Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
- Conveying elevated degrees of product and service knowledge to communicate fitting product features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex Private Business Services
- Recording important record data as per established procedures and techniques
- Complying with all Administrative and Compliance rules connected with adjusting and sales practicing
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- At least two years of experience in customer support, preferably in a sales and service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
Preferred Qualifications
