We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support
  • 2+ years of experience working in a team environment, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with others
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • The ability to work in a metric-driven environment with multiple tasks and priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems
  • A strong understanding of the importance of providing exceptional customer service, and a proven track record of doing so
