**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and delivering accurate solutions to ensure a positive experience
* Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with professionalism and empathy
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality

* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
