Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers via email, chat, and phone, providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Guiding customers through questions about our products, systems, and processes, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings and services
  • Troubleshooting issues related to our website, app, and in-car software, providing step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
  • Collaborating with external teams to resolve customer issues that require additional assistance, acting as a bridge between the customer and our internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued, understood, and supported, with a focus on empathy, clarity, and effective communication
  • Providing clear and empathetic communication to customers, especially in conflict situations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years or older
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Be able to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed
  • Be able to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule
  • Have strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
  • Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of expertise in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Be courteous, friendly, and professional, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Have strong time management skills and be able to multitask applications while talking to customers on the phone
  • Have 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous work-from-home experience, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Prior experience with email and chat support, with a strong understanding of customer support software and systems
  • Prior experience using customer support/relationship management software or similar systems, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement
  • Prior experience with automotive customer support/service/success, with a passion for electric vehicles and the automotive industry
