Board Advisor - Global IT Staffing & Services
Our client is a leading IT Staffing and Services firm that is evolving its business model from traditional staff augmentation toward true services and outcome-based solutions. Over the past decade, the company has made significant progress moving up the value chain into consulting and managed services, while maintaining its staffing foundation. With a strong client base and ambitions to scale toward $1B+ revenue, the company is entering its next stage of growth and seeking its first independent Board Advisor to help guide this transition.
The Board Advisor will bring a seasoned perspective on scaling IT services and staffing firms. This individual will provide guidance to the CEO and leadership team on business model evolution, growth strategy, and private equity readiness.
The ideal candidate understands both staffing and services delivery models and can help the company accelerate its shift toward higher-value, outcome-based solutions while preserving the strengths of its staffing roots.
Professional Experience
• Previous experience as CEO of an IT services, consulting, or staffing/solutions firm required.
• Alternatively: Division President or P&L leader of $500M+ in IT services or staffing.
• Track record of scaling a company from several hundred million toward $1B+ revenue.
• Deep understanding of both staff augmentation and outcome-based/SOW models.
• Private equity experience strongly preferred.
• Prior board or advisory experience a plus.

• Comfortable bridging consulting rigor with staffing pragmatism.
• Collaborative, commercially minded, and resilient under pressure.
• Strong judgment, integrity, and professional reputation.
• Willingness to actively engage in quarterly board meetings and ad hoc strategy sessions.
