Fractional CMO: Scaling a Premium Floral Brand from $1M to $10M
We are a premium floral design company in the Bay Area currently at $1M annual revenue. We have the product, the traction, and a full execution team (Sales, Ads, SEO, Ops).
We are not looking for someone to run ads or post on social media—we are looking for a Marketing Architect.
Our goal is $10M. The strategic challenge is scaling our volume (via E-commerce & Corporate Contracts) without diluting the premium nature of our wedding brand. We need a Fractional CMO to audit our current machine and build the "Scale-Up Roadmap" for our team to execute and keep them aligned on goals.
